A domain name costs <$10, hosting is cheap, basic forum software is free. Do you really expect to be spoon-fed and ideally paid for it?

not free there were some website which used to give subdomain name in that way i am asking for.

If you want to get it live and really experience the task of managing a forum, you have to pay for domain and hosting. Forum software are there which are completely free but they will not be updated.
