If your account was hacked, yes, you can report it. You can deactivate or permanently delete your account on Facebook, but it's irreversible.

Create a new account then report the hacked account as fake.
If your FB account has a link to Instagram, you just need to access Instagram and start the steps to deactivate your FB account.

You will need a large number of accounts to report it. It's so random and takes time. You can try posting on the Hire a Freelancer forum (https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/hire-a-freelancer.76/) for some Vietnamese services, they're good at reporting accounts (or they call RIP FB account).
