Is There Any Ebay Alternatives?

Also, with Amazon, you can sell an item, and then find it online at a warehouse or something for less and have it shipped there. The money that you get goes straight into your checking account after a few days so you're only out for a little while. Since there's no proof of shipping necessary, there's no need to go through a dropshipper.

Marktplaats dot nl is also a good place to advertise

It's a project of Ebay and is in dutch but the navigation isn't that hard..

Anyhow it's worth a shot since it has a huge traffic rate!

Stootsi is pretty good modeled after amazon ,hold your money 14 days ,but iv made
good money on there.

of course there is alternatives. The problem is that they all suck when it comes to getting shit sold, and actually getting paid for the item.

really wish goo gle would step there punk ass up to the plate. They are such pussies.

Yeah they brought that crappy Chome browser out when they could have launched an auction site and made SOOOOOOOOO MUUUUCHHH DOLLARS

i run my own auction site, for the South African market though.
PM me if you want the URL, don't wanna be spamming on the forum :)

I am hearing that this year Amazon passed ebay in traffic and that you only have to pay amazon if you make a sale with no listing fees

this is starting to get interesting

anyone here selling on Amazon is this true

I saw somewhere a new ebook has come out about this selling on the river anyone read it yet, wondering if its worth getting

from what I heard the code word in ebay for amazon on the forums was the river

Anyone care to comment on there experience on Amazon or the ebook

Amazon likes to eat your ptofits. They're percntage for NEW sellers is often to high to compete. I paid 25% of my total selling price once on a computer hard drive, that would have made my profit -$10...sad really....

I dont think they really WANT to give people commissions I mean why do they have just one day tracking?

Thats crap for US lot.

I would not bother with Ioffer

They seem to be Asian site and only let asian pages stay and remove other sellers or block/change your login after a week so you cannot log in.

I speak fro two times registered same thing happens.

Amazon charges a monthly fee plus about 10% of purchases. This is a good deal because depending on ebay category AND FORCED paypal, you pay 8% - 12% for many sales on ebay including ebay and paypal fees.

AND ebay has you by the balls with their PAYPAL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU SYSTEM. - I.e. off ebay paypal transactions make it harder for buyers to steal from you. - on ebay paypal transaction rules give the buyer FULL LICENSE TO STEAL - and end up with the product and the money when they scam it.

Amazon and buy.com will be your other best bets. If your selling media, books, cd etc there are tons of places to sell online. Amazon is free to list until you sell something, can't beat that. You make think there is alot of competition because you can see the lowest price first. But believe me, I've had stuff ranked on the 3rd place for price and people still buy, give it a try.
