There are many different forums out there and I want to automate my content there and account creation.Any suggestions about it,if any of the feature can be fulfilled actually,that would be great!

Yes, its possible. But I dont think that there will be commercially available bots for this. You can hire someone to write them for you, tho. By using Pupeteer automation its even quite easy task to do.

Usually it's faster and cheaper to hire someone and pay them for required actions. But there are also many simple scripts for forums, take credentials autofill for example
