I am just getting into marketing on tumblr and was wondering if there is any good automation software for it like E.G. FaceBook/FaceDominator , Twitter/TweetAttacks ?

Tumbloadr.com to upload photos and schedule them in bulk

I use zenno to create accounts but you can buy accounts in bulk.

I was more thinking of mass following/unfollowing, Liking/Reblogging, Account Creation, etc..

I don't know of any but that's our next target platform. It won't be available until mid-August to September though. But while we're on it, what features are you looking for in a Tumblr bot?
