I have a UX-designer for my money sites, but i want a simple tool for my PBN sites. For what it's worth i found a tool logomakr that is decent, and that will be enough for this purpose.

You can try Logomaker as well and I believe it has more than 10,000 logo designs available.

Maybe I write this message a little late since the thread's creation, and I already saw that several people recommended you some useful websites for your requirements. If you want something quick and free, you can use that tools, but I think the same as @Rosca. Like he said a month ago, it's better to hire a professional on the field (a good one) to make an excellent branding/logotype and corporate identity. In brief, the visual identity of your brand is key to reach successfully the market/area you want to cover, is something that requires research, experience, study, creativity, documentation and time.
