Started quietly couple days ago, it's picked up today. Seeing penalized sites start to recover and more...

So what is it? I would be surprised if it's Penguin as my link profile is almost completely natural with few keyword anchors (very diverse).

Maybe an algorthimic penalty or a surge in competitors. The latter has happened to me a few times before.

It's algo related. Top 10 SERPs are the same minus my site which was #1, #2 etc for these keywords.

Actually that update started on the 28th of last month (September). I am noticing changes in all of my sites.
