Is there an rss mixer that will..

Hi guys...

Wonder if anyone knows if there is a rss mixer tool/service that will mix multiple feeds together and output to rss.??

I know there is stuff like rss randomizer etc. but they only seem to mix and output to html/php not back out to rss...

I know there is a site rssmix.com or something like that, but that only joins the feeds together. Im looking for something that will totally mash up a couple of feeds and output to rss... would be even better if it re-mixed on every refresh aswell...

I have to 2nd the pipes links... It's incredible how you can customize feeds, and the documentation and examples are great.
