Yes there are agencies that both do and specialise in men, however guy has it 100 times harder than women as your success is more about what you can do (contentwise) and networking (Girls and boys to work and shoot with), women can just drop an image on instagram while you will have to actually grind and it is not often something agencies are willing to work with as the networking part (finding people to do content with you) can easily land in illegal zone of pairing people in most regions.
