Is there an automated exchange?

Is there anything where I can load my accounts (youtube, soundcloud, instagram, vine...) and the bot will let me earn credits to spend on whatever I need?

Markething seems no longer supported, I'm still waiting for links from months by now, and like4like it's time consuming. No one have developed a full automatic traffic exchange?

1) load the accounts
2) earn credits
3) spend credits?
