One that can tell whether there is an answer phone machine or a real person and play a recorded message. One that can work with google voice? anyone know? thanks.

You can probably use Excel Dialer Pro cause it can be configured for VOIP and such to dial from and excel spreadsheet. If you know someone that can setup VICI I'm sure there's a way for them to do it.

I don't really know, haven't used goog voice in years, there used to be third party workarounds. I mentioned exceldialer cause you can use free versions with any type of Voip type system directly from pc if you have voice modem. You'd probably be better off checking into tech sites and Voip forums or support boards. I wouldn't be surprised if you could find the answers in one of googs forums.

you can not use a dialer with GV.
use an asterisk based dialer, Vicidial is the best. You can set it to do what you want. (drop a VM)
