Is there an Android app to use my phone as server?

To be honest, I have the same questions and queries. I know someone who might be able to help i.e. @proxygo if he is willing to. I like in UK. I am still studying and I need something to support my studies and finance. Someone told me that I could sell my location. I was quite surprised to know that. Then, I was introduced with the concept of Proxy selling. I am still understanding the whole procedure. Once, I understand this, I am willing to buy somewhat like 05-10 mobile devices and make them Proxies.
Finally, I want to buy subscription on BlackHatWorld and start selling those proxies, but I need to learn a few things before diving into that. For instance:
1. How will the IP rotation work
2. How to make those mobile phones proxies
3. How the clients would connect
4. What if the clients use the proxies for hacking or some immoral activities.
5. How can I block certain websites on my mobile phone so that if clients are trying to access those website, they won't be able to.

there are plenty you just need search, i was using allproxy, but lately i tried mobinet.io it worked perfectly

i would love to offer advice about android phone apps but sadly
i use RETRO phones , motorola krzr flip phone , so android apps
are something ive never bothered with
1 - what did you mean by [ sell your location ]
without knowing the type of products you might use its hard to say do this
or do that as we would be guessing. first slowly work your way to 100 posts
do not spam junk posts to get there or the mods will delete them....when you
get to 100 post, pay to become a vip seller with a sales thread.
while working your way to 100 posts take your time to learn about proxies.
i was working in proxies from 2003-2019 - retired . and im still learning new things
lastly, tips we can give, but the forum doesnt allow tutoring its against the rules

Mr ProxyGo, thank you so much for a detailed answer. I'll keep on bothering you here hahaha.
If the forum doesn't allow tutoring, there must be an alternative. I mean, I could pay to the forum or you or whoever.
The point is: You've worked with proxies all your life or at least for a decade and you say that you don't have experience with android apps. This leads me to another question: "How do proxy providers provide proxies?" It's just a tip, okay? So, you can just educate me. It's okay I'm not asking for tutoring me.

Thank you for the heads up, but I don't like cheating at all. I like to keep things original. I don't take short-cuts. Better, long routes with fruitful results. So, I don't spam at all. I'm just trying to help whomever I can here and ask for help.
