And sorry to disappoint you, but with 0 background it's not as simple as reading or watching YT and building one. Ask yourself, why has it not been done yet?
Sure, people do come up with genius ideas, but more often than not the idea exists already or if not is likely not easy/profitable.
Now I worked with some frameworks and while you can build a solid bot it takes lots of training. Oh, forgot to add in case you did not know AI is not what you might think it is. For your part, it would likely be supervised learning thus more machine learning than true AI... Anyway, if you are interested there is a sub-forum on BHW and bunch of resources to read.
However, forget about "just learning" this for a bot... you will be very disappointed
