Is there a program for YouTube that post a comment, thumbs it up with my fake accounts and then once its not top comment, it removes it and does it again?

there used to be such bots but now nothing is working. Don't waste your time on it

Utube beast can comment and thumb it up, though not the repeating process.

no bot exist that would do that. Utube beast can comment then thumb up the comments as long as you have lots of accounts. i use it everyday and it works good. just waiting on an update. you could always go and hire someone to make a bot for you
 
yea i also need one i've seen a lot of comment like that and they get a lot of attention

It's on the Do Not Share List. I think you need to re-read a couple of rules.
