Is there a WP Plugin that does this?

I am creating a membership site that has lots of info and terminology on it. I'm looking for a plugin that will let you build a dictionary so that whenever X word is used people can hover over it to see the definition. I know that this exists for forums but I'm not sure about WP. Tried to do a search on the plugins page but didn't have much luck - maybe because I wasn't searching for the right words. Thought someone might have a suggestion.

Thanks! Do you use this? It looks like it's not been updated since 2007 and since the whole framework of WP has changed since then I wonder if it'll still work at all. May try it on one of my autoblogs just to see.
