I'm looking for a wp plugin that can scrape, translate and publish articles (preferably with deepl api) from a foreign language based on keywords that I provide.

Is there a plugin that can do this?

Yes, I have searched and found a few similar ones like wp robot or wp auto content but they are not translating articles as far as I know.

Try wp automatic. It has a translation module.
