Is there a wordpress plugin that extract funny jokes from facebook, twitter etc?

I've got PR4 domain in the funny quote niche and are looking for ways to redesign the layout of my site. One thing I'm thinking of is installing wordpress on the site and use a plugin to extract funny jokes from social networks and list them on the site. So the plugin will constantly update the site with new jokes, making the site look like it being updated very often.

Does such a plugin exist?

I don't think there is ay bot who can read comments.
Probably some scrapping services can do it.

How would the thing know the difference between a joke and anything else?

Plugin Tweet Blender can pull out tweets from multiply tweet accounts and present them in widget, but still you have to copy paste them like a posts since tweetblender is just a stream of tweets.
You have numerous tweeters that all day tweet nothing but the jokes, like thousands of funny tweets.
