Is There A WordPress Imagehost Theme/plugin Available?

Wah gwan fellow backhattas !! Whe unnu deh pan !

I have been looking for a WordPress image host theme but i have been unable to find one. I have seen the imagenuke script and the chevereto script. But i have no idea how to install a script and i know i could get someone to install it, but i feel significantly more comfortable with WordPress. Are there any imagehost themes available for WordPress, or a plugin that would allow my visitors to upload their own images similarly to tinypic?
