i am getting 'Unable to load promotion details' and all i can find is the support community from which nobody replied?

and if i try to create another promotion, i get 'Preview Not Available: Unable to display a preview of this ad. (fbtrace_id: AitwKhIwTXN)'

promo for another page works fine.

i dont see anything new in ad manager. it all leads right back to the community.
the inbox (/support) does not allow me to send out anything either
