What if you can get to a large list of emails (not harvested and not bought) , is there a way to use them ?

I would highly not recommend it. It's just spam and I doubt people ever click on links, they are smarter then they were 10 years ago.

However, opted in list is much more responsive if you teach them to click on your links from the early days.

As stated above, it's not a great idea to use them, but one thing you could potentially do have a look at CosmicSoundz method for getting store credit with them.

I would just sell them to other people instead of trying to email them myself if I manage to get such a list

I wouldn't mail off them, probably tons of honey pot emails....
