As the title says does anyone know if there is a way to transfer a website from wix to a custom website on wordpress ?

What you need to do is migrate site from wix to wordpress.
You can use rss feed from wix to migrate posts to wordpress.
There are plugins to migrate post and pages.
Do a Google search for:
Wix to wordress migrate plugin
You will plenty of tutorials and plugin.

Yes. This should be possible. Just search for some plugins that are used for that.

I'll have a look, im pretty done with paying their sub. Thanks a lot

If you want to save time pay some one to do the migration for you.
I havent looked into this yet, i would really prefer doing it on my own. Watching video and stuff may be helpful

i got other website on cpnal and stuff already just not sure about the migration. Actually i can host 3 domain on my server thats why im thinking to move it over

Yes, you can
Not cheap, though

My suggestion: First migrate to Wordpress.com, they have a migration tool. If the wix page is big, you may need to purchase a package on Wordpress.com which generally are not excessively expensive, you will only use it for the migration. Otherwise, just get the free pack.
Then export the contents, and finally import them into your WordPress site. This way you will save the money of using CMS2CMS. But CMS2CMS will import more things, using this method may lead to losing some elements that could be relevant.

To transfer your website from Wix to WordPress, start by exporting your content from Wix. This typically involves downloading images, copying text content, and noting down page structures. Next, set up a WordPress site with a suitable hosting provider, install a theme that matches your design preferences, and import your content into WordPress using plugins like FG Wix to WordPress. Customize your WordPress site's layout, design, and functionality to replicate your Wix site.
