Is there a way to send a message without being sent to a waiting message?

I'm testing with a bulk DM bot, the messages have been sent successfully but most of them are put in the waiting message of the useror sending a message to someone is always put in the waiting message, most of me use new accounts

is there a way to bypass it or the account must be long enough to ignore it

Do you mean the option to accept or deny message request? if is that one there is no way to avoid it unless that person is following your account on Instagram, for example on my personal account I only follow my family and closest friends but if anyone send me a message it will always go to request message regardles of the age of the account.

If your accounts quality and trust score is good most of your DM's will go in primary inbox.

Also if the user is following you or you are following them then also it'll go in inbox.
