Hi i know on ebay you cant sell replica items or clothes, but say if i make a website and link people to my website and buy it from there, would it work? or is it too much risk involved?
i saw stuff on ioffer website and they do some good deals, just need a place to sell, maybe amazon?

Well, the way you phrased your question makes it seem this is a bad idea for you to do :) The reason is it seems you think its a 123 go idea.

However, to do something like replica there are indeed heavy risks involved. Depending on your area it is mostly illegal and a lot of places will have a big problem with it. You would need to find hosting that won't shut you down, creditcard processor that won't take your cash and shut you down and a way to market without getting your marketing accounts shutdown. As well, you would need to stay completely anonymous to not get in trouble.

All of which cost more then regular cheap hosting and processing. I wouldn't recommend doing something like replicas unless you are willing to accept all the risks, because it's never worth the money, no matter how much, if you ever get caught. Also, to do something like this and get away with it does require a certain level of expertise.

    Anyways, good luck :)

there are a lot of replicas on ebay they just don't call it replicas they sell it as the real thing at 70% off. People looking for replicas usually know this. The same tactic is used with adwords...

hmmm thinking about taking a chance, then again my account on ebay got suspended for 7 days for selling michael jackson concerts, i made £165 in 2 days and was about to sell another 7 copies but all got removed by ebay. so this will be even bigger risk selling replicas. but for now i might try selling my concerts on ioffer see how it goes.

umm i waa reading somewhere that you can sell replicas aslong as you state they are? or maybe thats just for electronics not sure. If not im sure u can ask ebay if you can sell it as long as you post it as fake.

    hope that helps

    cheers
