someone give negative review, but I already try to resolve it by give her refund in exhange she delet the review. I already give the refund but she's not deleting the review. How can I reach google to let them know we already try to resolve the problem?

Idk if this is a troll post, but I definitely wouldn't contact Google over this. If you tell them you're basically paying people to delete reviews via refunds they're just going to ban your account if anyone at Google even sees or cares to read your message.

Don't even try to contact them. The person who posted the review is the only one who can delete it. Not even google can.

Leverage the bad review: reply to it! thank them, acknowledge that the mistake was made and you are doing everything to prevent it from happening again, explain to readers how you fixed the situation and hope for them to give you another chance of providing service to them.

You could either remedy it and admit to making an error and turning it into a positive thing, or you could hire someone here who'd post more positive ones, to kind of mask that one
