Is there a way to inspect hashtags

I'm growing a rather small car page (<1000 followers) and I am getting around 20-30 likes per photo on average. About a week ago I uploaded a post of a specific car that got me 300+ likes!! I thought it was random or maybe it hit the explore page, so I decided to upload another post with the same car make and model and hashtags (different pic obviously) and got the same astounding results! So I am guessing its the hashtags?? So my question is: Is there a way to see which of the hashtags brought so many engagements?

Instagram uses different metrics to feature the images we upload to the public. It could be the hashtag, color variation, vehicle brand or could be the proportion of the image. Can't really say. But keep posting images that look alike and got the same color pallet with the hashtags that you think are useful.
 
Yes, it is very difficult to determine what specifically gave such an effect.
The best way to understand this is to test different parameters: hashtags, pictures, texts, publication time.

I already uploaded this type of car maybe 5-6 times and I get the same results no matter the time, text or picture. At this point im thinking of creating a page specificly about this make and model
 
Reasonable. Probably this brand of cars is very devoted fans!
 
I don't think if this is possible , because IG have many algorithms plus hahstags who can increase your engagement , but the good thing is that Hashtags helps a lot to Rank ( if you chose the best ones :)

Try to follow some good hashtags strategies too .

Big factor of engagement is how many of your followers are engaging with your post right after you post. Basically they take a small sample size of your followers, show them the post. Measure a rate of engagement and from there either show it to more followers or explore page. In simpler terms, engagement is key!

Well explained that's why it's important to keep only those followwer who likes if you want to hit explore page more often. But in my opinion, it is not easy to reach explore page with small amount of likes. U may reach but it will be on below of other posts (maybe). So target small hash tag to get better ranking on them.

Yeah but like hashtags are kind of like keyword search with Google so smaller hashtags youre gonna get less impressions ... so it will take longer to get conversions but higher conversion rate
 
So a little update:
I started a new account and posted the same hashtags. Within a week this account surpasses my "main" and nearly every post gets to the explore page. Most of my posts have something crazy like 90-95% of the people aren't following me. Now my question is how do I convert my "publicity" to regular followers? I use questions or "call to action" on every single post and i get anywhere of 5-10 followers per post. I also upload engaging stories every day
