Is there a way to have the Chat feature on Support?

As many of you knows, here facebook (.) com/business/help if you are an advertiser you might have the chat feature to talk with a representative about issues with your ads or Ad account.

I had it many years ago but not anymore.

My Business Manager is verified as legit agency, I added my VAT as well and all my clients add me as Partner, so I have all my clients linked to my BM (that should improve trust as far as I know).

Is there a way to get the chat without waiting? I asked to the support using an account of a friend of mine and they answered that is a feature that randomly appears...actually sounds like bs to me.

Not randomly, I should say that is about how much the platform "trust" your account. They have algorithm I could call it "trust score" on every fb profile. The chat button itself will appear if you get the high trust score.

Yep, I guess is something like that actually. I'm adding clients to my BM to gain more trust as well, do you have any suggestion to try improving the trust?

It's my personal FB profile, something that is running smoothly since 10 years maybe...

It is too complex and I can't share it. The only legit way is to spend around 10k/month and after you get a FB rep, you can ask them to enable the chat for you.

10K month as Partner is fine, right? I mean: my clients are my partner and they spend that

Yes, that means they can only activate the chat on your client fb account.
