When analyzing competitors, I find that they have a very strong group of backlinks from these sites

These sites allow you to make subdomains. Just upload articles into the subdomains and use indexers to index the articles.

i would suggest you can use these type of sites for Social Media Traffic because FB easily jump your subdomain link in fb Suggestions , so definitely you can generate traffic on your website
