Is there a way to do Automated Screen-Capture Processes? (i.e. remove manual repetitive tasks)

For repetitive tasks I use a VA of course. But, I'm thinking that there must be some form of automated processes?

For example: I have a Google Sheet open in a tab and a data-entry platform in another. Is there a tool that would record a sample of me copying the data from (example) a cell in a row from a Google Sheet, pasting that into another platform in another tab and saving it and then rinse and repeat?

Sure, I can Google this but I'm thinking someone reading this might have proven experience with a solution or tool...

My suggestion is use automation tools like Zapier or Integromat to make repetitive tasks easier by copying data from one place to another automatically, saving you time and effort.
