Is there a way to determine when google is valuing a website new?

Im asking myself if there is a way to say when google will next time evaluate a website. I dont speak of PR but instead of the ranking for keywords.

You can look when the google cache is updated. And I have read the more google is trusting a site the more often it will crawl the site. So looking at the crawlrate will give a good value how much google is trusting that domain.

But it seems to me that google doesnt update the serp-rankings only at that moments. I mean most of the time the positions are sinking or raising a bit. I think the reason is that google determines other websites new and if they rank before the own website your ranking sinks.
But sometimes google is reevaluating the serpposition for the own website.

Is there a way to determine when this will happen? It would be useful for seeing when changes in seo will be judged.

Nope, no way at all... you will probably never know what the G is finding your backlinks and coming back to your site like the above poster stated and will never know when they come back for another deep scan.

You can see AFTER they have scanned your site through your admin panel but other than that, judging when you will go up in rank if it was possible then we would know how long and how much it would take to rank for a keyword exactly. Its pretty much hit and miss with the G so you win some and lose some.
