The E-signature services work well where you just make your contract on a word program and make it into a pdf. Then upload it, place your signature spots, input the recipient, and send. It will alert you when they have viewed it and signed it. Then you get a copy of the signed contract.
As far as writing the contract up, you gotta follow the legal guidelines in your industry/region and/or get it professionally done locally to get the verbiage right.

Yes, exactly. You definitely want to get something like that done professionally if it’s important or carries risk to you, just to be safe and cover you in all the possible scenarios. You can find legal services online or look around locally, maybe find out who others in the industry are using.

Some suggestion, Make sure the lawyer you hire Is well versed in international law. When you make a contract with someone on us in your domain. Than mean your contract need to have power in us, your country, and your hosted domain location

This will depend on the jurisdiction you are in, but in general most jurisdictions accept e-contracts on pair with those that are made on normal paper.
The way you would normally do this is to get a standard contract for your needs that you can adapt to the spesific situation. A typical example is a contract you use with the freelancers you hire. They will be more or less the same every time - made for your business - but you will adapt every contract to the spesific task in question. Creating the contract is something you should get help to do. A normal contract will cost you anyware between USD 25 and USD 200, depending on your jurisdiction and where you find the lawyer/legal specialist.
Then you can use different platforms for e-contracts. One of the most popular is Docusign, but there are many alternatives.
