Do u think i should hire a lawyer to write the contract or something like that ? just to be safeThe E-signature services work well where you just make your contract on a word program and make it into a pdf. Then upload it, place your signature spots, input the recipient, and send. It will alert you when they have viewed it and signed it. Then you get a copy of the signed contract.
As far as writing the contract up, you gotta follow the legal guidelines in your industry/region and/or get it professionally done locally to get the verbiage right.
Some suggestion, Make sure the lawyer you hire Is well versed in international law. When you make a contract with someone on us in your domain. Than mean your contract need to have power in us, your country, and your hosted domain locationDo u think i should hire a lawyer to write the contract or something like that ? just to be safe

This will depend on the jurisdiction you are in, but in general most jurisdictions accept e-contracts on pair with those that are made on normal paper.I want to create a legal E-contract so i wonder if that is possible and if so how to do it?
