I am looking to create my own website but I want to copy someone else and use it as a base. I will modify the content, text after I have the base copy. Anyone knows how to do this?
For sure man, i just want to use the original website as a base, design and all will be edited. Thank youOkay so you wanna like clone someones website right? Dude that's kinda tricky. You can't just straight up copy-paste everything. There are tools that can grab the HTML and CSS. But be careful. Copyright stuff is a real thing. Changing the words is good but think about the design too. Maybe you can use their site as inspiration instead.
You can try website copier like httprack.
Thank youThere are many ways to do this, just google website copier, you’ll find a solution.
Ahh ok ok, thanks manYou can either hire someone to do this or there are websites such as httrack. But that will be only for frontend. For backend there is no way as per my knowledge.
Just download the content from commoncrawl.org. Faster than scraping on your own.I am looking to create my own website but I want to copy someone else and use it as a base. I will modify the content, text after I have the base copy. Anyone knows how to do this?
It's better hire a freelancer and make it happen. There are lot of cheap freelancers now in the marketplaces who are doing this kind of projects.I am looking to create my own website but I want to copy someone else and use it as a base. I think he only wants a base template from which he can design his site. HTTrack is a good choice. You won't be able to copy a website unless it's just HTML/CSS.
There's no way to extract the database.
