Is there a way to control google suggestions?

Hi
Just wondering if there is any way to control google suggestions,
from what i researched its all about the searches as opposed to the sites themselves - am i right? if so are there any scripts that would allow me to load a proxy list and automate searching/switching proxies/deleting cookies at a specific interval?
Any other suggestions?
I'm pretty new so please go easy on me
