I wouldn't use instapy as it's kinda complicated and there's no limitations set up to prevent you from overdoing actions.
Look into massplanner or GMT2. I vouch for GMT2 for their BATCH PUBLISHING and QUICK PUBLISH features that support spintax and mass photo lists.

Use Buffer. You can hook up your Instagram account (as well as a Facebook and Twitter), simply set your desired posting schedule, and then keep filling your post queue. Buffer will handle sending out the posts to your socials during each posting time. They are amazing and they have a really nice free plan that will let you do exactly what you want.

You could draft posts from default IG app itself. If you've time to hit the post button, it's a handy option

You can use buffer.com they are offering a free plan if you use just 1 account and they have pretty good interface to manage multiple accounts.

I'm not a python-dev but Instapy is ridiculously easy to use as powerful as GMT2 and FREE!

I use Apphi, is a good option directly from mobile device, also you can research and repost from there
