Is there a way to audit tweets for authenticity?

You can audit twitter accounts on 'Twitter Audit' but does anyone know of a way to audit specific tweets? I have promoters working for my clothing line and I want to make sure their tweets are not filled with fake retweets or favorites. The hardest to combat are decked/hooted favorites.

Any ideas or website to use?
