Is there a way to add snapchat friends manually ?

SO since the new year snapchat has been pain in the ass and after i researched here a bit and on some other forums i came to know that some guy tried to spam snapchat to death that's what forced snapchat to tighten up their security and now they're locking accounts if we add 8-10 friends. My question to snapchat users that are pro and have found a way to add people on new account. Can we do it without the bot ? can we accept requests if we use the bots? and whats the price of the bots (if anyone knows)
