Scheduling post one by one takes time, is there a faster way to do that, maybe bulk schedule or faster way to schedule ?

Once you have carefully prepared the content for each post, you just need to set a time for each post, right? Or can you talk more about your requirements?

Most times I use same hashtag or writeups but different videos or pictures

You can refer to facebook business, you should prepare all the content for the posts and you just need to set the time for each post.

It seems difficult, I have not seen any tool that supports mass posting yet, and it also has the potential risk of being banned due to irregularity.

There are a few ways to tackle this, and honestly, it depends on what you're trying to post.

Facebook itself, through Meta Business Suite, lets you schedule posts. The catch is, for bulk scheduling, it's really geared towards videos. So, if you've got a bunch of video content lined up, that's your built-in, free option. Just head over to the Planner in Business Suite, and you'll find the bulk upload option there.

Now, if you're like most of us and have a mix of stuff – photos, text, links, the whole shebang – you'll probably want to look at some third-party tools. There are tons out there, and they can be a lifesaver. Think of them as your social media assistants. A few popular ones are RecurPost, Hootsuite, Buffer, SocialPilot, and Planable. They all have their own quirks, but the general idea is the same: you upload your posts (usually in a spreadsheet or CSV file), tell the tool when you want them to go live, and it takes care of the rest.

Choosing the right tool can depend on your budget and how many posts you're scheduling. Some have free plans with limitations, while others are paid subscriptions.

Here's the thing, though: scheduling is great, but don't fall into the trap of just setting it and forgetting it. Your audience wants to see you're actually there. So, try to mix in some real-time posts, reply to comments, and join in the conversations. Think of scheduled posts as your planned content, and the real-time stuff as your spontaneous, "in the moment" engagement.

Also, take a look at your Facebook page insights. They'll tell you when your audience is most active. That's prime time for your most important posts! And don't be afraid to experiment. See what works, what gets the most likes and comments, and adjust your strategy as you go. It's all about finding the right balance and keeping your audience engaged.

You can use Facebook Business to plan your posts. Prepare all the content in advance, then just schedule the time for each post. This will save you time and keep your content organized.

Use Facebook Creator Studio or social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts in bulk, saving time and optimizing content management.

You can absolutely create posts and schedule them to be posted on Facebook. This way you can do it when you have free time but still ensure that the posts appear at the right time when users are most active. This is a breakthrough step of Facebook that users appreciate.

Yes, but always look for companies that are META partners. If they’re not, or if you're using some coded scripts, your accounts/pages will easily get banned.

Meta Business supports this issue, you can try, or sign up for paid tool packages like Hootsuite, Buffer, SocialPilot... remember to choose the time when the audience is active to schedule posts.

There are many tools that can help you do that, but be careful to avoid spamming content or posting, and during peak hours for your posts, test multiple time frames to see which posts get the most engagement, and balance your posting times.

A lot of CRM's have options for multi posting and scheduling on FB as well as other platforms at the same time if you're looking to disseminate quickly and effectively.
