Is there a way.... Facebook groups...

I have a facebook group that has tons of people posting on it but it looks so confusing because of this. I was hoping I'd be able to make it so there are different sections like Facebook Pages has (one where you just see my posts and a "others" section to see other peoples posts and a "Me + Others" section) where people can sort the posts out. Is there a way to do this?

Sorry if this is confusing. lol

It's possible only with pages, not with groups.

Build a Fan Page . . . suggest everyone in the group join the fan page.

That's about the only way I know of right now.
