There are plenty of bots that can do that but you’ll probably need to pay for them and its not worth it if you only have one account for that.

There are some bots in the marketplace you can check them out.
Also, don't use the free apps online or playstore they can ruin your account and moreover they can use your account for diff purposes.

There might be some bots available for this purpose in the market. If you can't afford that do it by yourself one by one. Don't use third party apps as they might steal your data or if Instagram detects any unusual activity your account can get banned.

If unable to find anything, then the easiest thing would be to just get some small macro script written by someone on Fiverr, to just "swipe and press on unfollow buttons upto x amount of times with certain amount of waits inbetween" in the browser.

No you can easily do 150-190 a day safely with proper hourly limits.

I guess if your doing unfollow only, I think its 100-200 for unfollow/follow total.

Total is 160-190 to be safer if you do only follows or unfollows, or both half or both with any ratio

Instagram prohibits "unfollow bot" use. Instagram bans auto-following and unfollowing. They may seem spammy. These tools can prohibit Instagram. Engaging with your audience, generating high-quality content, and using relevant hashtags to reach more people will organically build your following.

Soccinator and Jarvee may be of use to you. But if it's just for one account, these tools won't be worthy. Search on GitHub and see if you can get an open code for this or hire someone on a freelancer site to write the code for you.
