Is there a twitter app that only follows new users?

    Is there a twitter app that will auto follow people who have joined twitter over the past 3 days or so.. that you follow fresh users who don't really know how twitter works that way we can spam them with links and they won't get upset...:D LOL .. only jokin about the spamming:rolleyes: or am i ;)

    i found half away to the answer and it's thsi

    follow people on twitter with keywords that a newuser would use like
    "i'm new" ect..
