    I just woke up today and I have over 13,000 followers is there some kind of twitter app to auto follow back I see others I click on the follow button and it says pending is there a follow back app ?

    Yes, using Twitter API you can have anyone follow any person without them authorizing it because the app will automatically do it for them.
