No, it is not possible to get the users real email address.

If someone says they can, they are full of crap.

first extract fb id,add them as frnd and then take extract email id

There is a tool called Toolkit for facebook, but I'm not sure if it's able to extract emails!

this tool can extract the facebook emails only like @Facebook which these emails are useless
