Is there a tool to clone a site layout and edit links?

I'm looking for a tool to clone a website, or at least a few of the links including the whole layout.

I know there's clonezone, but it doesn't allow inserting the URL, and there's one in codecanyon but it's somewhat not updated and the demo doesn't work.

And more importantly is the ability to clone HTTPS sites. I don't know why none of the rippers work with it. All of them have error code and say it doesn't work over "secure links".

There's also the httrack and such, which i know. But i'm trying to find a better solution to quickly copy, live editing, easy inserting of links, and up on the host.
