For certain keywords? Sure I can go to Google and just look it up, but what if I'm on pay 50 or something, I waste 5-10 minutes going through everything to get there, and in the end, I may not even rank for that certain keyword.

Advanced Web Ranking is the only one I have seen that can handle the thousands of keywords that I am tracking. It is pricy though.

I use KeywordSpy and they have pretty good reporting system. I enter in my domain name and 5 seconds after it lists all the top 20 organic rankings with CPC and traffic information. I used MarketSamurai as well but keywordspy is a lot faster in terms of generating reports. Or maybe my quad core pc is too slow for marketsamurai

keywordspy is a subscription service though.

I agree entirely, I bought it at the urging of a client for better reports and I've never been so amazed at out of the box configuration settings for such a seemingly simple task.

Very impressed. ($250 will pay for itself in my case, shaves a good 30-40 minutes off of report time for my assistant, so that's more time to work!)

I tried that site, then went directly to Google and typed in the same keywords.

The results were not even close. Google showed me at #2 and #3 on page 1.

The other site showed me at #8 on page 1 and #9 on page 2.

    WTF?!

(PS - I'm taking Google's word for it!)

I spent the $400 for advanced web ranking. It is expensive, but it is a business expense. The nice reports are a godsend for client reporting.

good choice mpsheng, I use AWR too, reports look sooo good, and the position tracking is always 100% accurate unlike some other tools that give you incorrect positions when google changes the way it displays things.

I agree, well worth the money, just click on the rank tracker module and enter your url and you get tons of stats, including where you rank in the serps.

Yeah Market Samurai for me too. Can enter exact URLs and keywords, or even get it to find which pages in your domain rank.
