Some of my indexed pages dropped recently, that means I had like 1k pages indexed by google, but now there is only 0.7k. I don't know what pages dropped, is there a tool that can check your google indexed pages when every you want and show you what has changed, like new indexed and dropped?

I don't think a tool like that exist already but from now on you can monitor your index status through some auditing tool which will tell you how many pages are indexed so you can compare it with your weekly reports.

Also, if you own scrapebox, import your sitemap to link extractor add-on to extract the urls. Then you can check the index status and save the results and repeat the process whenever required and compare it on a spreadsheet.
