Did a search, couldn't find anything.

There are tools like linkdiagnosis.com, which check for code errors, existance of title, description, [h1], etc., but don't evaluate on-page performance per a keyword you specify.

I'm not over Michael Jackson's death yet, either.

grab the free seobook tool bar for firefox, click on SEO XRay to calculate keyword density etc

Traffic Tervis has some sort of scroing system which is meant to work very well.

Web CEO is a decent tool, not the best but, free and has a couple of nice features.

In my opinion learning what makes a page rank is better than using a premade tool as the factors are constantly evolving and tools are only valid from the creators perspective therefore, what one company things is the best way to optimize may not be 100% correct and in some cases even wrong.

Just a thought :)

My vote goes for Internet Business Promoter. It helps you at the best when it comes to do the on page SEO - step by step.

I've learned so much from this tool a few years ago.

The best on-page tool I've found is Website Auditor from Link-Assistant.
