Is there a thread that allows password protected torrents?

i want to upload files with a password protected rar and provide a text file in the torrent with a link to get the password locked with a PPD survey, is there a torrent site that allows it?

thats too bad because i have a great niche, i used it before on btjunkie and they didnt remove the torrents because of passwords and i did make money but that site is taken down
