Thank God, there is no batch video watermarking for Windows (that I know of anyhow).

You should make your own software using .net and watermarking development kit. Its the only way to bulk watermaking videos.

you're gonna burn out your processor m8. If you do one at a time, it can breathe. I mean, if you're multiple core, eff it, but if you are single core I'd give it some breath

I agree that videowatermarkfactory is what you are looking for if you want to watermark a lot of videos at the same time. Just make sure to enable video compression otherwise your videos will get very big.

I had a 2meg video blow up to over 2gig...that's just crazy!

xilisoft videoconverter is ok too makes quite small videos .. 60mb for 640x480 or so ... but you need enter the text into every video

Cheapest way is to use aviSynth to brand, ffmpeg to re-encode and the programming language of your choice to automate this for the 300 videos.
