Is there a single decent private proxy seller?

It seems like I have been through 4 or 5 different sellers now. Every single one of them goes down within 12 to 24 hours with little to no use. Im just trying to scrape YellowPages with 10 or 15 proxies, yet cant automate it due to bad proxies.

Does anybody know a decent private proxy supplier?

So I take that as a no?
