Is There a Service That Runs Small, Efficient Google Adwords Campaigns?

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a service that provides small, efficient google adwords campaigns. I feel that I have a fairly strong grasp of adwords, but I think that a certified expert would save me ample time and money. The majority of the services that I have found tend to focus on companies with massive budgets, which is understandable considering I'd imagine that's where the money is. I need something on a much smaller scale.

If anyone on BHW could make a recommendation or even a suggestion I would greatly appreciate it!

There is a company called Yodle that has a small budget CPC management plan. Your initial investment must be $500, but your spend per month ca be as low as 150 a month. They charge 49..95 to manage the campaign.

This was a offer made to one of my customers, and we did not sign for it, so that is the only details I have. I can put you in touch with our manager if you need me to. (we have a different product we did sign up for)

Generally, people will run a campaign for you for 20% of the spend per month.
