Is there a service that auto-refills YouTube comments?

Why? you get comments automagically, if your content is good. Just concentrate on that, and don't spread your time and resources, on things that google will just laugh at. What is your niche and how does your content compare with the best and worst in your niche in terms of quality and quantity rollout?

True, but it really depends on the niche and stage. If content quality and posting consistency are already strong, then focusing on that is the main driver and extra automation doesn’t add much value. Most growth comes from improving content vs competitors + steady rollout, not from engagement tricks alone.

Focus on content. Create content around what is most popular in your niche THIS MONTH, or THIS WEEK.
That will help much more than automated comments.
